Welcome to sbirropatch.com. We are celebrating our tenth year of trading on the web. This version of sbirropatch.com is the 4th edition, and we think our best. Memorial

Fallen Officers (if you wish to honor a fallen officer send us the info)

All of the Law Enforcement community mourns the loss of one of their fallen brothers. Officer Richard Matthews of the Wilmington Police Department lost his life doing what he loved. On February 18, 2009 at 1:18am, while responding to assist a fellow officer calling for assistance, Officer Matthews lost control of his patrol car, and was fatally injured in a vehicle accident. We pay him tribute for the ultimate sacrifice he gave to his community and brothers. Rest In Peace 313.
